A cross functional team of Marketing, IT/Engineering, Customer Care is created, utilizing our Best Practice implementation methodology framework, Marketing to One.
The framework takes into consideration the carrier’s Marketing priority to prioritise the high impact campaigns, to identify the exact scope of the campaigns and determine which campaigns will deliver high impact.
Our project engagement model will also build a project score card that allows both parties to rate performance on agreed milestones as the project proceeds and unless the requisite scores are met, the project effort is refocused until it is.

Emagine provides Production Support and Operations services. With full use of a support expert who oversees the Emagine environment, carriers are enabled to making operational checks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, provide capacity management, training, tuning, reports and queries as and when required.
The PSO keeps the “machine” running, and through constant monitoring is best placed to predict and prevent possible upcoming issues.
